This month Bob Willis starts a New Lead-Free Casebook on wave soldering. This month he outlines the issues associated with lead-free wave soldering, the most challenging of all the production processes. Bob is the Technical Director of the SMART Group responsible for organising the Hands On Lead-Free Experience which was featured at Nepcon last month.
